Our Kalamata Olive Sourdough is naturally leavened and slow-fermented to bring out deep flavor and a perfectly chewy crumb. Made with generous pieces of real Kalamata olives, this loaf has a rich, briny bite in every slice—perfect for cheese boards, hearty sandwiches, or dipping in olive oil.

⚖️ ~850g full-size artisan loaf
Pairs well with: Goat cheese, hummus, roasted garlic, or tomato soup
Ingredients : unbleached flour, whole wheat flour, filtered water, salt, levain (flour, water, rye flour) , kalamata olive.
Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be ready for pickup or delivery within 48 hours, as our sourdough is made fresh and slow-fermented for the best flavor.
