Terms of Service

1. Overview
By placing an order with The Real Sourdough bakery you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for both our customers and our business.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated pickup or delivery time. Custom or large orders may require additional notice.

3. Payments
Payments must be made in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept e-transfer, credit card, visa, cash on pickup.

4. Cancellations & Changes
To cancel or change an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Pickup & Delivery
We offer both pickup and local delivery options. It is the customer's responsibility to be available during the arranged delivery window or to pick up the order on time. Missed pickups or deliveries may result in forfeiture of the product.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as incorrect or damaged items), please contact us within 24 hours. 7. Allergens & Ingredients
Our products are made with high-quality ingredients, but please note we are not an allergen-free bakery. Common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts may be present. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and notify us of any allergies before ordering.
