Refund Policy

Since all our sourdough products are made fresh and are perishable, we do not accept returns. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to make things right if something goes wrong.

🚫 Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds on baked items, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
  • If you're unable to pick up your order, we cannot offer a refund — please ensure pickup arrangements are confirmed when placing your order.

✅ We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order was damaged during delivery.
  • There was a quality issue with the product.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at realsourdoughbakery@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

All refund or replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
